Step 1: Registration Form

A registration form must be filled out for each camper.
You can fill out the form online or print one out and mail it to us.

Step 2: Medical Release Form

A medical release form must be filled out for each camper.
Print and sign the form, then mail it to us.
Click HERE for the medical release form.

Step 3: Deposit

Pre-Registration is not complete without a deposit!
Your spot can be filled with another camper, even if your forms are complete!
Mail in a $25 deposit per camper (or $100 for a group of 5 or more).
The deposit should be mailed with the completed medical release form(s).

Once we receive your registration form, medical form, and deposit, your spot is guaranteed!

Age exceptions require UP FRONT permission from our program director - please contact them directly.
You may request "cabin buddies" but due to limited space all of these requests may not be honored.
