Registration Instructions

There have been MAJOR CHANGES made for 2017!

Please read these new policies and directions in full before starting!

  • Our online registration is now done through ACTIVE instead of Bunk1
  • We will no longer be accepting paper registrations on drop off day unless you are a church or other charitable organization bringing a group of campers!
  • If you arrive for drop off day with a paper registration form you will be directed to a computer kiosk to register your camper(s)

Online Registration for Summer Camp

Online registration is done through ACTIVE. Using this option is fast, convenient, and secure!

  • 2017 is the first year we are using ACTIVE so you will create a new account at the time of checkout.
  • You can choose to pay a $25 deposit (per group/family) OR the full amount due at checkout.
  • If you pay just the deposit, the balance of any camp tuition will be due upon camper drop off (check, cash, or credit/debit card).
  • ACTIVE will not allow any age exceptions. If you want an age exception you must pre-register in the default age group then contact us directly to get permission. If your request is approved we will manually re-assign the camper to their new age group in ACTIVE.
  • You may request "cabin buddies" but due to limited space these requests may not be honored.

Mail In Registration for Summer Camp

Using this option, you will print and mail in the camper forms. MUST BE POSTMARKED BY MAY 15!

  • Print page 2 of the summer brochure (which has the forms) for EACH CAMPER
  • Complete the forms for each camper in your family/group and mail them to Camp Caleb
  • A a check for the $25 deposit (per group/family) OR the full tuition amount must be included with the forms to guarantee your spot at camp!
  • If you only mail in a deposit, the balance of any camp tuition will be due upon camper drop off (check, cash, or credit/debit card).
  • Age exceptions require UP FRONT permission - please contact us directly.
  • You may request "cabin buddies" but due to limited space these requests may not be honored.

COUNSELOR IN TRAINING (CIT) PROGRAM

All CIT Candidates MUST Register for camp and apply for the program ONLINE

  • For rising seniors in high school, spend senior high week as a camper, with daily staff training sessions. Then join our staff and assist with junior week.
  • Applicants MUST pre-register ONLINE for senior high camp AND complete the CIT application on or before May 15.
  • Applying for the CIT program does not guarantee a position, we will notify you by JUNE 1 if you have been accepted.

SCHOLARSHIPS FOR CAMP TUITION

Churches, individuals, and community organizations donate money so that campers who may not be able to afford our tuition can experience Camp Caleb.

  • To be considered for a scholarship, campers must be pre-registered and pay the $25 deposit (per group/family).
  • Pre-Register for camp, pay the deposit, and fill ou the scholarship application all online through our ACTIVE DASHBOARD
  • OR For mail in applications pre-register for camp as instructed above but fill out and send in the scholarship application with the camper forms post marked on or before May 15. Click HERE for the printable scholarship application.
  • Scholarships are limited, we will notify you by JUNE 1 if you have received a scholarship. You can request a refund of your deposit amount if you do not receive a scholarship and cannot attend camp.

Important Notes and Information

  • MAIL IN Pre-Registration is not complete without camper forms for each camper AND a $25 deposit (per group/family)!
  • No camper will be admitted for camp without 1)registration form, 2)medical release form, 3)camper release information, and 4)full payment of camper tuition.
